thank you so much for setting this up. everything looks great. could you make sure and keep everything in one spreadsheet for all the running data, and then archive the weekly overview in the folder (as opposed to creating a new, separate spreadsheet for every week of metrics)? this will make it easier for others to find and look at your data. thanks, --aj

i wish i could take the day off and see the new star wars movie. or maybe i'd just stay in bed and eat veggie corndogs all day.
