one of the best things about living in a city is deciding you want a horchata and getting one in less than 15 minutes. and walking only through alleys to get there and back.

this weekend i got sick (drinking while already woozy is not a good idea); saw one shitty movie, one forgettable movie, and one fabulous movie; talked to one crazy man and avoided talking to another one; watched 5 back-to-back episodes of sex and the city from the comfort of my bed; took two baths; washed my hair once; ate a grilled cheese sandwich; drew a self portrait; practiced singing like billie holiday (it's harder than you think); made french toast; and ate ethiopian food.
