this weekend i received the most lovely package from brennen. what a sweet boy. in it was a thoughtful mix cd, a letter, a packet of licorice tea, a japanese tin dragonfly pin (the kind i also send to other people in packages!), and this handmade postcard, since he noticed that i adore postcards.

apparently that's his car driving over the mackinac bridge in kalamazoo. so glamorous!

p.s. for thanksgiving i'm going to c's and i get to meet his mom. dear god, i hope she likes me.

p.p.s. and sunday is the seattle half marathon that i've been training for. dear god, i hope i finish.
