i finally got a mouth guard to prevent me from grinding my teeth down to nothing. as you can see, it's not a real night guard, like the kind you get from your dentist. this is a special, lime green mouth guard meant for field hockey or lacrosse players. i've been wearing it around c's place, even when i'm not asleep.
