in case you thought i slipped off the edge of the world, an update:

i am still healthy, sitting here on the sofa drinking some of the nastiest chinese herbs ever brewed, with a taste that fills me with dread each time i think about taking a sip (though they make my allergies better, so i tolerate the nastiness and i persevere through the dread). i am chasing said herbs with those delicious little newman's chocolate chip cookies (a bad habit, for sure), watching handsome eddie izzard on the tv.
