i baked cupcakes tonight! my first frosting attempt was a failure, and to that, i say, "what's up, nigella? how could you fail me with frosting, of all things?" and to that, i'm sure nigella would just lick her fingers. but it all worked out in the end, because the barefoot contessa and her cream cheese frosting never let me down.

oh, and i've renamed amanda from ANTM Blindy McCriesAlot. i wish she and her donatella versace weave would get kicked off already.
