my legs, they don't want to function. i biked 44 miles with my mum today. she tricked me, told me we were only going to do 30. by the time we got 22 miles out, i figured something was up. now i wish i had begun to suspect something 5 miles earlier.

i started my birthday the other day by dribbling cold water over c's head and chest to get him out of bed. it backfired on me, however, when he pushed the whole glass of water into me. it was a fine way to begin the day.
