c: (looking at website with updates) looks like the smoking ban is passing!
me: yay!
c: why didn't this happen a long time ago?
me: i dunno... you know what this means, though, right?
c: that we're going to have to actually go out to shows now?
me: yup.
c: well, maybe we can pass another initiative that says that shows have to start at 6 and be done by 9.
